The new year is always flooded with resolutions, goals and hope for a more rich year, physically, alone and professionally. Almost always at the top of the list for many people is instituting some sort of weight governance or weight loss system. one way to make those hopes a reality is to gather reliable advice that will help you stay on track from the beginning to the end of the year. It doesn't matter if you're getting healthy tips from reading a fitness book or an online article like this one, just as long as you're doing something. The worst thing that you can ever do is quit on yourself this year.

But how can you stay on task for an entire year when you're so busy with kids, school, career and the sporadic vacation. Well, here's two exercises that will help make your new year's resolutions a reality. It requires only a pair of defiance band, and takes less than 15-minutes to complete eack workout. The workouts are short, but they are highly effective against fat.

Workout guidelines:

Most gym goers, including me used to jump into an 8 week workout routine found on any website or fitness magazine. However, many such workouts are
either way too advanced for the average person or it simply does not burn enough calories to make any real changes to your body.

Beginners should never mirror a workout found on a fitness magazine unless it specifically states that the workout program is for beginners. Resistance bands works well for both beginners and advance individuals. The reason why is because unlike other workout devices, you can change the intensity of the movement by simply changing your hold on the bands.

Beginners should perform the exercises below one time through, once per week. For the advanced individuals, execute the exercise 3 times through 2-3 times per week.

circuit training with recalcitrance bands (3 or more exercises required)

Circuit training with rebelliousness bands is a great way to combine strength training and cardio all at once when you're short on time. Traditionally, the rest period between exercises in this workout is very little if any, often with rapid movement from exercise to exercise. Choose three exercise that you can do back to back with the bands like a lunge, shoulder press, and dead lift.Execute each exercise for 8-10 reps than move to the next exercise until you complete the entire set.

Superset training with stubbornness bands (no more than 2 intransigence band exercises required)

Superset workouts involves doing back to back exercises with no rest between sets. Basically, this type of workout maximizes training intensity and allows you to work several different aspects of the muscle at the same time. For best results, train opposing muscle groups first. This approach to training allows one muscle group to recover while the opposing muscle group is working.

  • Web Counters are so 90’s
If you have a website, it’s pretty much a given that you have analytics software for your site. Over just a few years, the software and power of measuring the varied statistics of your site have gone from primary, to more than most people even interpret. I can still remember the days when using counters at the bottom of you page was common. Now we use software that does a bit more than count your visits. So, the question that we should ask ourselves is, are we using our analytics software...
  • Google Adsense Ad Selection
This report is anecdotal, but it’s based on attention of many of the Google Adsense ads I see running these days. A number of the offers that appear on wide ranging sites seem to be shady. Google is an online marketing company that might be bigger than others, but clearly they’re having the same issues others are during the long, global recession. Advertisers have been cutting ad budgets around the world. Advertisers are cutting their ad budgets, uncommonly the companies who are...
  • A SERP in King Arthur’s Court
Who wants to be King of the Mountain? When you want to work your way up the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs), it’s much like the game you probably played as a kid. You can’t attack the king directly, you have to battle past all the other people trying for the throne as well. After a few failed attempts you probably learned that if you study your opponents a bit before attacking you can learn what makes them stronger or weaker in certain ways. That knowledge can help you become King. Make...
  • Social Media: White Hat vs. Black Hat
I am on a panel today at SES San Jose called Social Media: White Hat vs. Black Hat. The description of the panel is as follows: Black hat techniques have long been criticized in search marketing: “Black hat” practices are now cropping up in social media. This panel takes a hard look at the right and wrong ways to go to market with a social media based marketing component, and how to spot early signs that you may be heading for trouble. Not biased at all. The reality is that social...
  • Banner Tracking through Google Analytics
As well as having a search optimisation campaign, you may also have a banner campaign running alongside this. You may be wondering what exactly your banner campaign is doing. You can set off your campaigns within Google Analytics and track your banner campaign through setting up ‘goals’ and tagging the links. Below are listed a few simple steps on how to tag your links: Tag only what you need to. For those who already have a Google Analytics account that is linked to an active...
  • An easy way to create content for your website
There are many easy ways to create content for a website. Unfortunately, these are also the wrong ways, as they will tend to rely heavily on what I call the ‘Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V’ approach to article creation. If you copy content from another website, you will get penalised by Google. No matter how obscure the website, Google will know of it – indeed you probably used Google to find it in the first place. Paste a chunk of text from elsewhere into an article on your site and as soon as that page...
  • Speaking at PageRank’s Funeral
I came back last week from a relaxing vacation and found an email in my inbox sporting the following title: “PageRank is Dead.” Upon reading the title, my mind went blank, closing up in an effort to prevent shock. Was this possible? The Death of PageRank? I tried to remember the predetermined events of the SEO Ragnarok: Facebook devours Odin; Twitter falls to the venom of the colossal snake, Jörmungandr; Google annihilates PageRank; the giant, Surt, sets the SEO world on...
