Everyone that is born onto the world tries to excel at whatever he is doing. When you are at school you want to get the highest mark. When you compete in sports you want to be the winner. Usually you are somewhere in the middle, not first and not last. There is a lot of people around you and many of them are faster, stronger and have better memory too. That's how it is. They have an unfair advantage over you. But life begins at 20 or even later for some people. Now you can begin your work to change odds in your favour. While the others are self satisfied and busy relaxing and taking things easy you decide that you must improve your life. You want more and you will
get it. You will get high above mediocrity.
Choose something that is worth doing to make your future better. It could be getting higher education or developing your own successful business or starting body building and developing your own body. Your action changes an idea into reality. Whatever you choose it will be a long journey before you arrive at your destination. It will be hard, difficult, full of obstacles and all kinds of discouragement. But do not ever give up, just keep plugging away at your idea until it
becomes reality.
You see, when you are on your own you learn as you go and you learn by doing. Nobody can tell you what is good for you and nobody makes any decisions for you. It is a life of discovery and a life of adventure. It is also unpredictable and without any limits. So start climbing "your mountain" now. There is no telling how high you're going to get.
To start body building you need 3 workouts per week 15 min each. All necessary equipment is 2 dumbbells. Other than that is strong will to succeed. It is your effort that you put into it that will determine your progress. My advice for fast progress is this : triple massive effort for massive results. It is the intensity of the workout that matters not its length.
